Eye Memorial site
The 490th BG memorial stone in Eye can be found on the outskirts of the old airfield on Progress Way.
The stone was dedicated in May 2016 and serves as a permanent reminder to passers by of what purpose the area served during the war and who was a part of it.
'Never Forgotten, Forever Honoured'
A memorial bench can also be found on the site, incase you wish to sit down and remember those who fought for us.
